Meet The Team

Debbie has been with us since 2009. Her role is a receptionist, but that is not her only role. She prepares our sympathy cards when your pet passes away and truly takes this task to heart. Debbie is one of the smiling faces you will see on weekday mornings when dropping your pet off for surgery. She is a native of Mt. Juliet. She has a dog, a kitten and a fish pond. She enjoys cooking, scrapbooking and spending time with her family (especially her grandsons). What Debbie enjoys most about working at Countryside is meeting all of the people and their furry families
Allison has been with us since 2012 and is another one of the smiling faces you will see at the front desk. She is originally from San Antonio, Texas but has lived in Middle Tennessee for over 2o years. She and her husband have two spoiled rotten dogs and she enjoys camping, reading and traveling. Allison is all about the people- from her co-workers to our clients, she delights in those daily interactions.
Kayla joined us in 2014. Though now a receptionist, she has several years experience in various roles of the veterinary field. She is responsible for sending out reminder cards, ordering veterinary diets and maintaining this website. She is from Lebanon and has a Bachelors in Animal Science from MTSU. She and her husband have a kitty and a daughter named Allie and another on the way. She enjoys organizing, sewing/crafting and reading. What Kayla enjoys most about working at Countryside is that everyone is treated like family: with compassion and kindness.
Kristin began with us in the summer of 2017. She is a native of Lebanon but has lived up north as well. She has a spoiled rotten German Shepherd (her favorite breed) and three housecats. She likes to spend her days off traveling, doing DIY projects and playing with her dog. Kristin enjoys being a part a team of people who she truly enjoys working with and loving on all the German Shepherds that come through our doors.
Erin has been with us since opening day 2007. She is a veterinary technician and her primary role is performing dental cleanings. She is originally from Maryland and moved to Mt Juliet in the early 90's. She graduated from MTSU with a Bachelor's in Animal Science. She has seven cats and two dogs. She enjoys gardening/landscaping and shopping. Erin is very much a cat person and loves caring for them here at Countryside.
​Sue has also been with us since our opening in 2007. Her primary roles are surgical assistant and caring for our clinic cats. She is originally from Washington state. She has five cats and loves playing with them, reading and shopping. Like Erin, she is a cat person and enjoys caring for them the most while working. 
Gerri has been with us since 2008. She has experience as a human pharmacy technician, and her knowledge has carried over into the veterinary field. She excels at paying attention to details when caring for your pets. She has three dogs, two cats, and several chickens. What she enjoys most about working for Countryside is the pets.
Office Manager
Whitney joined our team in 2009. She is originally from New Jersey. She obtained her Veterinary Technician license from Vol State. She has three dogs and a cat. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and movies. Whitney enjoys being with the animals all day while working here at Countryside.
Gabrielle started here in November 2015. She was born in Washington State, but moved to Tennessee as a young child. She has four dogs and one cat. She enjoys all things outdoors as well as painting, crafting and spending time with her friends and family. Gabrielle likes to see all the people in our community and their varieties of pets.
Kristen began with us March 2016. She is a hometown girl and is attending Vol State right now. She has two dogs and enjoys dancing and spending time with family and friends. She enjoys seeing all the puppies that come to Countryside and working with her fellow co-workers.
Nicole began in the fall of 2016. She is originally from Chicago and has two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Nicole likes taking care of the animals while in our hospital.
Holly has been with us since 2016. She is a Mt Juliet native and is going currently studying at Vol State in the Vet Tech program. She has one dog. She loves anything outdoors, spending time with family and reading. Holly likes the family atmosphere here at Countryside.
Jessica has been with us since August 2017. She is from Nashville and went to Wilson Central. She has an American Bulldog who she likes to take to dog parks. In her spare time she also likes watching Netflix and canoeing. She enjoys working with her teammates and learning new skills.
Amber started with us in October 2017 originally as a receptionist then transitioned to our technician team. She was born in Arizona, but moved to TN as a child. She is currently at Cumberland University and plans to go to vet school. She has a Great Pyrenees that she loves to take hiking and camping. She enjoys winter sports and watching Marvel movies. The best parts of working at Countryside are looking to her mentors, working with her best friend and interacting with cute puppies everyday.
Charlotte joined us February 2018. She is originally from Nashville and is currently studying at Vol State in the Vet Tech program. She has two cats and a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Charlotte likes meeting all the new dogs every day.
Giovanna began with us January 2019. She is originally from Fort Campbell. She is recently graduated from Vol State working with her Veterinary Assistant degree. She has a dog named Stormy. In her spare time she likes going to the lake, watching Netflix and spending time with her family and boyfriend. Giovanna likes learning new things on a daily basis and seeing new breeds of dogs and cats.
Tina started working for us in July 2019. She started her career here as a technician, but was offered the a role in the kennel and loves it! She was a restaurant manager most of her adult life, but wanted to slow down a bit and do something more from the heart. She has six dogs, most of which are rescues. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking/fishing, cooking/baking and spending time with her two grandsons. Tina likes the companionship with the four legged friends in her care, and the two legged ones too!
